BSNL 4G Services: The Central Government Telecom Operator BSNL is aiming to start it’s 4G Services soon. As per reports, the BSNL is going to start 4G LTE Services first in Kerala state. Later the service will be spread to other states gradually. The BSNL official has said that Odisha is next in the row to avail BSNL 4G Services.
BSNL 4G Services to Kick Start from January 2018
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited popularly known as BSNL is India’s largest Government owned telecom service provider spread across everywhere in India. While recently the Reliance Jio has brought the 4G VoLTE service into the telecom operations. Later the private networks like Airtel and Vodafone have also ventured to offer 4G services for the clients. However, now the BSNL is geared up to expand the 4G services across India. Also, BSNL had stated that the service will be started in Kerala from January 2018.
“We are going to start 4G from Kerala. That will be our first circle on 4G LTE. We will initially focus on those areas where 3G coverage is low,” BSNL Chairman and Managing Director Anupam Shrivastava told in a press release.
As per the administrator, it will concentrate on zones where the 3G scope is low. BSNL has 5 MHz range in 2100 MHz band using which it will offer 4G services. It is looking for 5 MHz more range in the band to take off 4G services in different regions.
BSNL right now has 10 crores, mobile users, the nation over (aside from Mumbai and Delhi). Taking off 4G services are relied upon to enable the telco to increase new subscribers by offering significantly quicker data speeds. Shrivastava likewise uncovered that BSNL is intending to launch a different brand for 4G services.
